I purchased the R087 a couple of years ago, and was unable to return them since I'd installed the cleat. Unfortunately they were not a great option and actually caused numbness on longer rides.

This protein powder has more protein per serving, 0, yes NONE, sugar and it tastes goid. I like the little frothy texture and I plan on buying other flavors like Pina Colasa and Rasberry Cheesecake...
