This is perfect--fits flat under my shirt & holds my phone and keys while I'm running. It is expandable, well made and was fantastic to run in.

After suffering my entire life from ear, nose and throat problems I finally decided enough was enough. I've been so heavily over-medicated by otc and perscription drugs for sinus issues that nothing on the market has any affect on me anymore. I took the plunge and bought this hoping it would help and after just one use I could breath though my nose again! I was amazed by how much mucus came out! Ill have to see how i do when next spring rolls around (the peak of my alergies) if this will have any improvement. The only downside to this is when I used it some of the water ended up down my throat and it gave me a "drowning" sensation but I'm sure with time I'll get used to it. Also maybe I overlooked the description but there were 20 salt pods in the box with the unit and I had purchased a 30 pack under the assumption it didn't come with any. No worries, I'm sure I'll be using every last one of them!
