It ADVERTISES 1200mg (which is higher than other brands, usually 1000mg), but if you look closely at the Supplement Facts, each capsule only has 740mg of ACTUAL cla (conjugated linoleic acid). I have not yet come across an affordable tonalin cla product with a "full" serving of 1250mg of pure cla, but vitamine shoppe brand has a range of 740-820mg cla in each capsule.

I was initially concerned about buying this ball. I had read good things, but was unsure if I could like this ball as much as the Molten Pro Touch. I played with it the other day for the first time and immediately noticed how easy it was to pass, set, and hit. This is a hitters ball! The other thing you immediately notice is how easy this ball is to see and how well this ball floats and sets - no more bad sets! This ball is softer than the Pro Touch/Super Touch yet it plays just as hard. It feels like genuine leather not "plasticky" like I've read in some reviews. The group I generally play with is a diverse group of players and not a single person (from AA to near terrible) complained about this ball. If you are on the fence about this ball, take the plunge...you won't regret it.

If you have a Jeep Renegade (first, congrats on that fun little SUV), then you will want to get these if you live in a four season climate. They cover the the entire area of the floor... are relatively deep and should do a good job come winter (but we shall see).

This book was quite entertaining. I found myself yelling at it that the main character was in denial and was mated to her best friend, though. But that's just me. It had a lot of grammatical errors that I found myself having to overcome, but I'm not sure if that was the writer or the hazard of ebooks. I've noticed all ebooks have this problem, however if you get the hard copy it doesn't. I still don't understand why the characters have to cuss. And thus far there's not been anything extensively graphic as far as sexual encounters to make it seventeen and above. These types of books do quite well in the youth genre. For the author to limit herself is a bad oversight. I generally, as an adult, only read youth/teen books to get away from the unnecessary cussing and sexual content. I was pleasantly surprised when this book had really no sexual content.
