I can pretty much say, "Ditto" to Jaclyn Womack's review. I use an IPhone instead of an Ipod, but the results are the same. Cup holders are badly thought out. Do have someone assemble it for you. The display is clear and easy to view in different light. The ride is comfortable and doesn't produce a lot of impact.

I've tried several other products like this one over the years with varying results. This one is by far heads and tails above the rest.

Strong knife, extremely sharp, and a very nice sheath. I keep this as a backup on me evac bag, and have used it more than once. Very reliable. The sheath has an adjustable clasp on the sides, so you can change how tightly the sheath holds the blade, it took me a day to realize it was there, but now that I know how to use the blade will never fall out again.

Began having problems 2 yrs after unit was installed so it wasn't the installer like Navien wants to think.It worked fine for 2 yrs. So for the past 1 1/2 yrs we have scalding hot water for a few minutes...then cold; freezing cold. We are an older couple who must now take cold showers, do dishes with cold water, etc. We have called Navien tech support numerous times. Some calls they have records of but most they don't. We have spent over $1,000 on different plumbers working on the systems with the assistance of Navien techs. Once Navien did send some new parts, but the installation of those didn't make any difference. We have asked Navien to have a rep or supervisor call us numerous times but that has never happened. SO very disappointed with the Navien company. Of course, now the unit is out of warranty. What do I want for Navien? A company who cares about the satisfaction of their customers. I have never in my 64 yrs....ever encountered such poor customer service. I have never given a negative review, however, I feel I must inform anyone thinking about purchasing any product from this company to go somewhere else. I so wish Navien would do the right thing by us but after 1 1/2 yrs, they've worn us down.

Love this calendar. I hung it up in the nurse's station on my unit and I frequently get asked where I purchased it. I plan on getting another one next year.
