This is my 2nd purchase and thought it might help to write a review for anyone considering it. Like many women...I've hit the age where facial hair (peach fuzz) has increased and it really bothers me. (I am fair skinned) I was getting so desperate I considered shaving the thickest area (side burns)...Anyhow, I read a lot of reviews on this product and gave it a shot. I followed the instructions (to the letter) and was very very pleased with my first, second and third treatment. I can go 3-4 weeks between treatments which is fine with me. The thicker/coarse hairs don't always come off but that's what tweezers are for. With my first treatment I did get a little red after removal but it calmed down within 10-15 minutes.

I bought this for the wife so she could do a little workout in the mornings. Like her, i do not like the song selection it has compared to the last version on ps3. Either im getting older and mainstream music sucks, or, well, both, lol.

Sorry, after being a customer of Bitdefender for 4 years I've decided to go with another product. Bitdefender has many problems and bugs that have existed for a long time without remediation. They claim to have excellent customer support, but as a current customer with over 15 unanswered tickets in the past year alone, I have to say their service is terrible, lousy, rotten; meaning their commitment to their customers non-existent. No follow-ups, no replies to queries about open status. If you go to their online forums, all you'll find are unhappy customers who don't get answers.

I would have been more upset if I didn't get this for so cheap on Amazon. I installed this on my Windows 8 laptop with no problem. However, make sure that you uninstall any other Mcafee software (I had one that came with the laptop as free trial version). I later tried to install it on my iphone 5 but did not find an option for iOS. I contacted their support service and was told that they are still working with Apple to have it be compatible for iphone. What? These guys are late in the game. Do not buy if you think you want to install it on your iphone.

The software program itself would have gotten a good rating but it is the relentless soliciting I have been getting from Intuit that awards this rating a mere 1 star!

I live in a 100-year-old house that only has a single box AC in the living room. It's the middle of the summer and I noticed my furniture had a kind of damp feel to it so I bought just one for a test run in my living room. I've had it for a little over a week now and my sofa, armchair, and ottoman all seem fairly dry again... it looks like it's already half full though, so I suspect I'm going to have to replace it next week, which is kind of in line with what other reviews said. Hopefully the next one will last longer! Definitely going to buy one for my bedroom upstairs as well. Not sure how well it would work on a damp basement, but it definitely works for just an overly humid room in the summer.
