15 years after the release of Windows 98 and the ability to set screen DPI in the OS, Quickbooks still does not honor this basic accessibility setting. Meanwhile, many of the features "integrated" into the application are in fact external web pages loaded into an in-application browser that is a couple of generations behind the curve.

Does many things well, but plan on a very long learning curve. Plan on many hours of trouble shooting why your plan went haywire. It's 99.5% pilot error but good luck in tracking down root cause amongst a myriad of complex and highly interrelated design rules.

This book is truly an incredible resource. I'm usually involved in designing and managing exchange projects and migrations, and in those projects you need to have clear ideas and take lots of things into account, lest you find yourself in a dead alley in the middle of the project.
