the book looks really good. Even though inside it is black and white it doesnt really matter because it was really cheap instead of buying a 200 dollar book from the publisher.

I have 'old' hair and also color it, so my hair is fairly dry and needs a lot of moisture. All this said, I was excited to try Fekkai's Glossing Starter Kit. I generally use 'Say Yes To Carrots' and like that pretty well. I didn't really see too much improvement and followed the instructions 'to the letter' on the bottles. With the final step 'the glossing cream' I used the amount recommended (a pea size amount) and even though my hair is very dry, it gave my hair more of a greasy look, not glossy. There is no strong smell from these products which is a plus. A drawback is that there is hydrolized wheat protein in all three of the products which is not a good thing for Celiacs, so beware. I do believe I will stick with using 'Say Yes To Carrots' over this product, I feel like it is giving me better results for a better price...better value.
