  • M. Whaley - Feels like a Beta

I purchased this camera as soon as I could after announcement. Yes I waited 6 months to write a review for this product thinking all the kinks would be worked out by then. I no longer have that camera as GoPro replaced it under warranty for the usual freezing and other glitches you have already heard about. Surprisingly, the refurbished unit they sent me did not have the current firmware loaded which is required to use the iOS app. The firmware update went smooth and the unit seemed to be glitch free. I did have one lock up, can't explain it other than shot for an hour or so and when I checked on the camera it was locked on the video icon, non-responsive. This happened while it was recording so there is missing footage. Had to pull the battery to unlock the camera.

  • Charles Housley - Great Value SSD

This Hard drive is fantastic. The setup of a new operating system on it went smoothly, It's been about a week since I got the hard drive in the mail. The 550 mbs read speed and the 400 mbs write is just what you need. You are getting a great value for the price of this ssd.

  • C. C. Jones - Excellent. Exceeded my expectations.

I've always been on a mission to reduce the cost of my shaving, as I am a bit of a cheapskate. Still, I appreciate and am willing to pay for good quality. Hence, I will not use the cheap plastic low-price razors that come in the bulk bags. Previously, I had used the Gillette Fusion, but found that the Schick Hydro 5 was less expensive but also provided an excellent shave. This still is not a low priced razor -- just less so than the Fusion. I've lived with a tension between my need for a good shave (and I have a sensitive face) and my dissatisfaction with paying so much for it. Now, I find stellar reviews for the not-well-known Dorco Pace 6 Plus on some of the shaving websites and a much lower cost.

  • drunken_rugger - QC on these is poor to say the least

So I ordered two of these, one black for myself and one orange for my father. The orange one was much nicer than the black but both of them clearly have been cheaply mass produced. The coating on the retaining clips wears off very quickly BC the knives themselves appear to have been stamped out of a large sheet of metal and the edges left rough. On the black one there is even a small nick of medal on the unsharpened utility side, QC on these is poor to say the least. The inner edges of the bottle opener and oxygen tank wrench both have flakes of metal left behind that never got ground off. Also it is a shame the grips aren't made of something like g10 and better secured to the blade, the rubber they used feels like it will peel off. The design as a whole is great, though I feel the bottle opener is inappropriate considering the intended use of the knife, psa: don't mix drinking and extreme water sports. The sheath does work as advertised, and it is extremely snug on a belt. All in all I wish they had better quality control BC I have been eager to get this know ever since I first saw it years ago in the local outdoor sports shop, and I was really disappointed. I see better QC in 20$ knives on a regular basis, so when I invest in nicer knives for myself and my fam I have higher expectations.

  • Jennifer Leahy - Great drive, easily adds few yards

Easily adds a few yards to drive. I have tried several iterations with normal store brand balls and this one, again and again straight drives seem to go longer. In terms of weight and feel they dont show any difference, but are staying alive longer in drives. Also doesnt bounce like crazy, once you learn to control the putts they drive well. I am not very good in swinging the balls in air, so hard to say how much control it gives. I mostly go for power and distance for the local courses.

  • eire1274 - THE TOOL if you are on the internet

Simply the only product I will purchase these days. Replaces the terrible Windows Firewall with a much more controllable and hacker-resistant module, plus provides tools for administrating multiple locations form a single seat (which the competition will charge you for).

  • Catherine Shanahan, MD - Practical Guide on How to Combine Low Carb with Fasting

How often you eat matters--or more precisely, how long you can go between eating (without feeling bad) matters. That's one of the key concepts this book brings to the ongoing healthy eating discussion. It's not about starving yourself thinner. It's about paying attention to one of the least discussed components of our diets, the WHEN. It turns out there are hormonal benefits to going for relatively long periods between meals. You don't even have to fast for a whole day to begin to experience these benefits. Just skipping lunch is a great way to get started.
