After the first day it brought a some relief. You continue doing the stretches and it helps tremendously and you have to keep it up every day and it gets better every day.I am doing it twice a day and it would help even more if I did 4 times a day. Not enough time or too lazy. I highly recommend it.

I just want women to be warned. I have been trying for two years to have a baby, with two losses in those two years. Yesterday I took FIVE first response tests and they were all positive. I took two digital clear blue tests and they were negative. Along with the two ept tests I took this morning. It is freaking heartbreaking after trying for so long to see so many false positive tests. Fix your tests!!!
