First of all, you should use a Vitamin based cream on your skin. It's the most beneficial. Other commercial products charge too much and are wax based. They rely on brand loyalty and not results. This one absorbs beautifully and leaves the skin feeling silky. I purchased it on Amazon and the value can't be beat. As an older woman, I would highly recommend this product and think women should start using it in their 20s. I use Good'n'Natural Retinol Cream in the evening and this during the day. My skin has more clarity after just two weeks of use.
I bought this product at gnc and the employee there suggested one pill the first few days to see how my body reacted to the pill. I found that when I take only the first it didn't feel the effects much. I did feel a little more energy but not much difference, therefore, I decided to take them both now. Every body is different, I suggest trying one pill first to see how your body reacts. I lost 1.5 lbs the first day of using it. Don't just expect the pill to work by itself, it's not a magic pill. I work out half an hour after I take the pill, drink lots of water and eat healthy.

Works great for both myself and my husband. Without these he snores like a trucker and so do I. He is still able to snore lightly with them on. I like the nasal strips simply for the great feeling of increased air flow they give me especially when sleeping or when having sinus issues. I have used the off brands and they work ok, but this brand/style in particular is the best I've found.
I use this every day for the last half year. My energy levels, emotions, and overall health seems to be improved. I was in shape when starting, but it gave me a nice boost and I feel better and more consistent each day.
I'm sending it back because I evidently misunderstood exactly WHAT the product was capable of. I need a program that converts VHS tapes to DVD's. It seemed to imply that. I must read more carefully. Mea culpa.
