If you battle arthritis like me, this is a lifesaver!! It is so easy to use. I filled it with my favorite peppercorn mix. It is easy to fill and set to desired level of grind. Once filled, just flip and squeeze the handle to dispense. It takes minimal effort to dispense. Fresh pepper adds so much flavor to any dish so this is a great addition to the kitchen. I have only been using this for three days and I can totally tell a difference in my mood. I am happy and full of energy, little things that would bother me before seem to not anymore. I am so excited that I found out about bio identical cream. I decided to try this particular one out based on the good reviews. I did not get a discount for my review. Good sampler to figure out which ones you'll like best. Lavender, peppermint and orange are my favorites. Not a big fan of the other 3. But its a good product! just a few drops will be enough to make the house smelling nice.
