Complete waste of money and time. Xyngular is a pyramid scheme they use your info for marketing buyers beware. Complete waste of time none of their products work better off with B12 Vitamins for a 1/3 of the price

I bought this because I was looking for something cheap that didn't take up much space. I like that it can be folded up, although it is not EASY because it is heavy and the parts swing around and hit you while you are trying to carry it. It's not something I'd fold up every day and stick under the bed, although that would be nice and convenient. It's too bulky and heavy for that. The reason I didn't like it is because there is virtually no resistance. Even being completely out of shape, I could use this machine for an hour and feel like I'd accomplished nothing. It just doesn't provide a very good work out. It's TOO easy to be worth spending time on it. You might as well just take a walk around the neighborhood...you'd probably burn more calories that way anyway and at least you could enjoy the sunshine.
