Obese woman average loss 1 lb per day. Life changing information in this book. I have always been overweight and this book helps me to see why. Got this book 9/4/14 and so far from 310 I'm down to 295! I will update progress later. It's really not as hard to change the sugar intake as I had thought. My biggest issue was not eating breakfast and drinking sugar and creamer filled coffee all morning. I've now changed over to sugar free/fat free creamer and for the first week I used trvia, but now I don't. I'm starting to get used to the taste more and enjoying my coffee again. I have also started making myself have a protein shake in the morning and I keep fruit on hand for sweet cravings.

I love Bio-Oil, which really surprised me as I have ordered many skin lotions and oils that never did me any good, I didn't look any different then I had before using any of the products. But with Bio-Oil I can already see that most of the dark area's on my face are almost completely gone and some of the wrinkles around my eyes have greatly diminished. I can't imagine my finding any other oil that could work better than Bio-Oil, I just love it!! I also use it on my neck and upper chest area, it makes my skin feel so soft. I use it both morning and evening before applying any thing else to my face. I believe I have finally found the product I have been looking for all this time, thanks Bio-Oil!

I took this product along with another supplement that contained hoodia, green tea and chromium. Between the two, that covered appetite suppression, glucose levels, energy and stress. This product is fantastic and I lost 17 lbs. in about 2 months with a slightly stricter diet (still had creamer & real sugar in my coffee but not too many carbs and barely any fat) and only exercised 2 times a week.

Do not buy this item, don't do it to yourself. First of all as soon as you plug it in it leads you to many different screens and at the end of the day it's asking you for your credit card number and be mindful it states its free but there's still asking for your credit card number. So I called them and the young lady stated that she was not aware of rabbit TV but the number I call was to some telemarketer trying to make me give my credit card and when I refused she said well there's nothing I can do. I asked to speak to a supervisor minutes later the supervisor tells me the same thing I was very disappointed. So I disconnected it from my laptop. To make a long story short by the second day I had five viruses that killed my computer which cost me over $200 to get that crap out of my system. So whatever you do take it from me a dissatisfied customer do not buy this garbage it is a waste of time and a fraud...

This product saved my butt! I dyed my medium-brownish-reddish hair black. As in, permanent, jet black. I left this black dye in for about 3 weeks, and then got sick of it. I bought a box of this Color Oops Extra Strength, FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS (left on for 20 minutes in a warm-ish room, rinsed for 5 minutes, shampooed thoroughly, rinsed again for 5 minutes, shampooed, rinsed some more, conditioned) then followed up with a henna & placenta mask to help my poor abused hair.
