These fit my ancient GE electric range quite nicely, even though by my measurements the burners were not quite the sizes listed here. Same exact fit/style as what was on there before, except those were caked with burny bits and I had zero interest in spending an afternoon scrubbing them. For $15, these were WELL worth it, and the old ones went in the trash. Ahh.

Love this book. It is authentic and real, just like Nicole. She shares her mistakes, struggles and wins in the most interesting and inspiring ways. If you're a fan of the show and you appreciate Nicole's personality then there is no question you'll enjoy her book too. Just get it ;)

This is a great read. I found myself staying up way too late when I had early morning obligations. The author is gifted storyteller. Wells encourages the reader to explore this intriguing tale through believable characters, apt descriptions and an engaging narrative. First novel? What's next?

I've always had sensitive skin, and when I was in high school I played on the football team which required me to wear a helmet that was always sweaty and bacteria-infested from prior play. I developed terrible breakouts and tried many different types of salicylic acid treatments that all failed miserably. I found this product and decided to give it a shot because I had seen good reviews of it, and within 3 weeks, my acne had cleared up and the harsh scarring was slowly going way. I now use the less severe version to keep my acne away, because it isn't as harsh as this is made for clearing away very bad cases of acne. IMPORTANT: find a good lotion that is oil and fragrance free and is good for sensitive skin, because this product will leave your skin very dry (to rid the acne) and that's not good in the long run to healthy skin and kind of defeats the purpose of the product. This one's been on my "to read" list for years until I finally got around to it recently. I always wanted to know what differentiated a truly great company from the also-rans. The book is incredibly well researched and details what makes a great leader, for example. Surprisingly the "Level 5" leaders were the lower key executives - not at all like Steve Jobs. These CEO's also placed a premium on getting the "right people on the bus" and found ways to keep them motivated so they'd stay at the company. Perhaps one of the biggest takeaways for me was how to create a culture of discipline - which frees you and your employees up - creates less bureaucracy and increases your competitive edge.
