Prior to discovering the sleepytime tea, it would take me at least an hour to fall asleep and even then, I'd wake up 2-3 times throughout the night. I didn't want to take any sleep medicine because I feel like its a little risky so I looked for a more natural remedy and this tea is it! I usually drink it 30 minutes-hour before bedtime and it relaxes me and once I lay down, I'm out within minutes and can usually sleep through the night. My only advice would to be careful of the amount of liquid you consume right before lights out otherwise you'll be waking up for other reasons. Like another user observed, drinking from a small cup will do.

Well I'm here to tell you..believe it or not...this stuff really works! My 8000 gal gun-nite pool was leaking somewhere in the skimmer lines at the tune of 1 inch per day. I thought for sure I would have to put out some serious money for repairs. I spotted this stuff in a pool ad and decided to get info. Bottom line..it was either spend hundreds or more or try this for around 40. Not much of a risk considering. Well it worked....my boyfriend said he couldn't re-plumb everything as instructed so he reduced the flow coming from the skimmer back to the pump and when he emptied the quart bottle completely into the skimmer he attached the pool vac and put the head of the vac over the main drain to pick up the product as it settled to the lowest part of the pool. All the while he had the multiport valve set to recycle so the sealer did not go into the filter. After he was done with the treatment he stopped the pump and let it sit for 48 hours as instructed. Backwashed for and then restarted the filter. Results: NO LEAKS!!...Its been 3 weeks...haven't had to put a drop of water in the pool. This saved me alot of money. Its hard to believe this stuff worked as well as it did. I am a happy camper!!! Thank you Marlig Industries Inc. You have one great product here!

Does what it does. You end up losing the biggest cup holder in your car (No more 42oz), but well worth the sacrifice of having nowhere to put your other arm. You'll need tools to put it in. Philips screw driver and a socket wrench with an extension bar. I think i used a 13 or 14
