  • charles ross - Buy plenty of batteries.

These sound nice and if your head is not large, fit very nicely. The so called "3 stage" feature simply means that the switch has 3 positions, one of which is a bypass setting (also known as do nothing).

  • Suzie Q - Don't bother buying this

Terrible product. Bought it for my mother and it didn't help her hair loss at all. Would not recommend this to anyone. I tried it last weekend and it leaves a film in my hair.

  • Panuch - Practical but not really functional

I do a lot of off roading so I ditched my standard 3 foot tall antenna a long time ago. It would always get banged around by trees and anything else my truck was crawling through. I moved to a 14 inch rubber antenna that served its purpose for the most part. I came across the Stubby and was in love with the idea of having a really short antenna that would most likely never get touched by anything. I was not disappointed when it showed up. The size was perfect and material seemed really tough. I thought for sure I had my winner. Unfortunately, I think I got more reception with no antenna on at all than with the Stubby in place. Channels that I should have been able to get with a piece of tin foil shoved in there were not coming in at all. I drove around with it for a day or two and it never got better no matter what part of town i was in. I sent this back and was able to get a refund from Amazon. I went back to the rubber antenna.

  • Michael E. Franklin - If you have to take antihistamines and / or anticholinergics I would highly recommend supplementation.

I started researching the effects of Choline supplementation after reading an article in a medical journal about the link between the use of anticholinergics and dementia / cognitive decline. Anticholinergics are widely used to treat depression, sleep disorders, and incontinence. Antihistamines (Benadry, Sominex, Phenergan, Claritin) have strong anticholinergic effects, and since I live in Florida which is pollen central, I take antihistamines on a regular basis. Reading the various studies sent a chill down my spine as I have a strong familial history of dementia and certainly don't want to take anything that would increase my likely hood of developing it. I am always worried when I have a problem with memory recall, worried that it may be more significant than just having the answer "right on the tip of my tongue." Choline is a precursor to acetylcholine, which is a neurotransmitter that plays an important role in memory. Anticholinergics decrease acetylcholine. It is amazing how many people take these medications on a regular basis. I was taking 3 anticholinergics a day and I can honestly say that by limiting my use of antihistamines and taking Choline supplementation I have noticed a big difference in my cognitive abilities. Everything seems sharper and more "in focus" My ability to word recall has noticeably increased and I have actually had people say that they wished they had a memory like mine. If you have to take antihistamines I would highly recommend supplementation.

  • Karen Rainey - NIce, Soft, Hold

I have very coily hair that tends to poof. I found that this product did not give me the hold I prefer or the definition I like. Since it also did not play well with other gels and stylers I had on hand, I was left with the soft hold which actually wasn't so bad. It gave me a soft, more natural hold that worked better on twist outs than wash and go styles. it also really left my hair soft. I would buy it again for styling that did not require serious hold or definition.

  • toddlette - Best nights sleep in forever.

I usually am not one to write reviews, but damn this stuff works great! I have had insomnia for over 6 years now and tried countless over the counter sleep aids and natural supplements and nothing has worked at all. I love the liquid, I feel like it works quick. You can't have a bunch of lights on or the tv or anything. Just take the zzzquil, lie down, and it will take you to sleep! Absolutely amazing. Usually during the nights I manage to drift off to sleep I will wake up at any little noise but when I took this I had such a perfect nights sleep! I have nothing negative to say about it at all!! Who cares about the price or what's in it. IT WORKS.

  • Roy H. Andes - Best antivirus I've ever used

I've been computing since DOS, and have burned through an awful lot of software in that time, including utilities like anti-virus. I've used all the big ones and some lesser ones, too. Webroot Antivirus has to rank as THE BEST. Start with ease of installation. Then, when running, I quickly noted its simplicity of interface, smoothness of operation running in background, the quickness and almost perfect transparency of its scans, and its fully intelligible reports. Most of all, however, were the smack-on results it gave me. Which requires me to relate an abbreviated story: For over a year my home PC, running Vista, had been subject to irregular, and annoyingly frequent freezing of the screen and all input devices, sometimes once a week, more often three or four times per day. Over many months, I painstakingly researched the possible causes, and one by one eliminated them, with no success. I was all ready to strip out Vista and migrate to 7, when my former top-rated anti-virus subscription ran out. I decided to try Webroot, because it was less expensive, and well recommended. Immediately on installing Webroot and performing the first scan, it detected hundreds of malware, spyware, etc. that my big name-brand anti-virus hadn't. Best of all, the freeze-ups vanished, and NEVER returned. It's been several months, and not only is my PC free of freeze-ups, my wife swears it does everything faster that when it was new. Webroot, we're fans. Keep up the good work.
