I got mine from a doTerra rep, but this is awesome!! It does have a strong smell and taste, but I got over it pretty quickly! I use 3-4 drops in a large glass of water with ice and half a lemon. I tend to just refill the water throughout the day and find the oil is still present or I may only need to add one drop. This helps with my acid reflux as well as with appetite suppression. It gives me a lot of energy! I should also say I take a YL capsule with YL Digize, Peppermint and Thieves every morning to help with my acid reflux, but I haven't taken my AR medication (Dexilant) in over a week! And while I still burp, the burn is no longer there! I feel like this oil helps to keep my tummy settled. I also drink more water. I've only used it a day and I ate 500 calories less than normal (my fitness pal) and I went from 147 lbs yesterday morning to 143.8 this morning!!!

I have been using the Super Colon Cleanse for several years now and I am still amazed at how effectively it cleans my colon. Usually when I eat beef I take 4 capsules to clean my insides out. I am never disappointed with this product. You just have to use common sense and not take too many of these capsules, no more that 4 capsules in 1 day.

I hate doing it but sometimes I have to shave my chest and when I first shaved, it was great for a couple of days and then the unsightly ingrown hairs made me look like a teenager with back acne, but all over my chest. I use this after a shave and for a couple of days after and it really reduces the ingrown hairs. Just remember to use it in conjunction with an exfoliant or scrub.

I see some people on here claim that Gaga has lost her way, some people don't seem to understand that artists don't have to stay the same, that they evolve or even just try something creatively different. As people we never remain the same, we all change, evolve, we might even figure out that we don't like our new selves and go back to our old self.I am personally judging her new album as such, New, I'm not compairing it to her older work. Not everyone has to like it, it is a great album in my opinion.
