I am giving this 4 stars because it is the only thing my picky 4 year old will drink. A prealbumin test recently revealed malnutrition. She is THAT picky. I have tried smoothies, orgain brand of this, ensure, and organic protein powders. This is all she will drink. I do not like that it is so processed and that sugar is one of the main ingredients. I have coupled this with some good quality vitamins while we work on her restrictive eating habits. I never wanted to resort to this but I am very glad this product exists.

This product does work. I've had good success using it in combination with a small amount of Vicks Vapo-Rub, twice/day. After a year of twice/daily use, all of my nails are coming in clear. It will take a few more months for the fungus to be gone completely, but I'm well on my way.
