The transaction did go smooth. But let me tell you something, it doesn't work. I have a black car! It will not work for you. Get a better a quality product to get rid of scratches. Don't be cheap. It will not work for black cars.

Bought this for my '14 Ram quad cab to replace the Qlogic I had behind the seat on my 2003 Ram single cab. Minus the fact that they lost the first one I ordered....its a waste of money, sounds horrible and doesn't hit as hard. Ended up just using the Qlogic and placed it behind the center console/front of back seat. Takes up room but totally worth it.

At first it would start then cut off on it's own. Ancestry was no help at all. Finally got it to work but it still periodically crashes, shutting down and I have to restart it and hope it saves what I did before it crashed. I should have returned it. Previous version were so good too. Very disappointed. Scared to try 2012 FTM.

This seems to be working so far. Its about on par with other cleanse detox products I have used, maybe a little bit better
