I spent a lot of time researching Chromebooks in general and after a couple of weeks gravitated to the Toshiba Chromebook 2.

Unlike a previous version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus I reviewed last year, this 2014 3-user version required *3* calls to customer service, the last which finally walked me through a truly convoluted series of steps I doubt many home users would have been able to discover, merely to access the screen accepting the key/activation code. This, after a typical uninstallation and installation of the new version which strikes me as odd, considering they advertise the identical service; I would expect smaller differences could be overwritten as is typical in legacy software without a complete rewriting of a user's memory dedicated to the same company's product. Security issues? Hard to say.
