My temples were starting to thin and I could not pull my hair back because I was so embarrassed. I bought this product after trying pure castor oil and I am so pleased with this products. In a little over a week I am seeing my hair getting thicker. This product will definitely be a staple. It only makes the hair thicker, if the follicle is dead this product will be useless. I am a diagnosed Type 2 diabetic and taking Metformin and Januvia. I am still working on the first part of the book and already my blood glucose levels have lowered appreciably. My "dawn effect" has all but disappeared and I am having almost no problems following the diet in general. My hardest problem is finding quick snacks that don't blow the plan but I'm not needing those too much any more. I've been overweight all my life and this is the first eating plan that I think I can follow the rest of my life.

The liquid is good to mask the smell, but the dang bottle does not spray properly once it is half empty. I have to level the bottle, spray it against a piece of toilet paper, then once the nozzle get properly filled, I can spray in the toilet. So this defeats the purpose since I end up wasting a lot of the liquid overtime. I wish they made them in liquid drops instead of the spray.
