As has been the case with every Bluetooth headset I've bought over the last year and a half, it won't play well with my phones (Nexus 5 and Nexus 6p). Sometimes this model wont connect when I power up. I'll have to connect it manually in the phone's Bluetooth settings--which itself sometimes does not work. So I'll have to reboot the earbud, the phone or both, often more than once before a connection is made. Once connected, sometimes button presses don't do anything even if the phone is inches from my face. Sometimes it just up and disconnects. Its never just one thing with these.
I am so frustrated with this software. While I was able to complete the full tax return information, most of the popups with "more information" links did not work, and most importantly, the state software, which was supposed to be included in the Ultimate Bundle I purchased would not register/download. After a half hour plus on hold with TaxACT customer, I was told they could do nothing to help me, and that I would need to contact Amazon for a refund, and then buy the software directly from them. They told me that the problem is with Amazon and not them, even though the software I purchased form Amazon was TaxACT software, and I had absolutely no problem with the Amazon download, but only with the TaxACT software once it was downloaded. I did contact Amazon, where customer service still matters, and I was able to get my money back, but I will not be buying anything directly from TaxACT, and will not be doing business with them again. I will go with someone else with software that works, even if it means entering everything over from scratch. I was expecting that the software wouldn't be of the same quality as the more expensive options, and I was willing to deal with a little more frustration to save the money, but I did expect that I would actually be able to download all of the software I that I purchased, and that it would actually work as advertised.
Bought and paid for at advertised rate, then tried to download, and Microsoft takes me to a Spanish-language page I did not request, then tells me I can't download because "this product is not intended for the region you are in". How unhelpful is that? It seems that Office 2013 is $100 more if you are located overseas (that's $500 minus $1, or $499 for the yokels). It is absolutely disrespectful to be treated like a 2nd-class citizen by this obscenely rich corporation just because I live in Latin America. Worse still, I paid my $400 minus $1, and got nothing in exchange. When someone orders Office Professional guys, it's usually because they need to get some work done. This is costing me time and money. Tough to say, but a great outfit like Amazon should not do business with MS. I'll report again on how easy/hard it was to get satisfaction. I am one irate customer right now.
Pretty good, but not what her fans are expecting. This is a singer/songwriter album, not a dance album. It makes me think of the Killers with a little bit of Lana Del Rey. Anyone who bought this after hearing the dance single might be disappointed, but it's a nice, calm album.
The Fall by T. Gephart was a mind wringer for me. That being said, I thought the book was great and the ending was fab. Michael is a machine. He does specialized "jobs" that no-one else wants to do. You need someone "taken care of" you call Michael. It doesn't matter what the job entails, Michael will do it. It helps that Michael is loyal to a fault and trustworthy and will complete the job, as he cannot be paid off. Michael is tasked to secure the daughter of a crime boss and protect her for a unspecific amount of time. Why you ask? Sofia is a Cop and has been poking her nose where it doesn't belong. She despises her father and has been building a case against him and the other crime bosses in the area. Michael accepts the job and sets out to procure and protect Sofia. However, she isn't going to make it easy on him. Things take a drastic and dramatic turn along the way and the end is nothing you would ever see coming.
