It was my first go at trying Biltong, but I thought it was pretty great! I'm kind of a dried meat nerd and I liked the simple ingredients and good flavor. Also, I felt the description as being somewhere between prosciutto and beef jerky was pretty accurate. I don't know how this stands up to other Biltong, but as a stand alone, it was pretty amazing!

This is strangely enough, a life-saver for my rescue cat! The vet suggested getting this, as he had recurring bladder issues that we thought might require surgery. Come to find out, this is what happens when he gets stressed... frequent urination with blood...
