I studied this book during my studies for my Naturopathic Doctor degree and feel it is an excellent source. I keep one available to loan to friends or family when they need a reference source on this subject.

I personally love this ball, but I have to take one star off because nobody wants to play with it. Beginners and especially girls complain it's too hard, even though I have it inflated to slightly below regulation. They also complain it feels "small" even though it's official size. I love the panel design, the cover texture and feel, and the color scheme. I find it very easy to track in the air against a background of bright fluorescent lights which makes my hitting more consistent. The slightly denser feel of this ball compared to the crappy 18 panel Wilson and Baden balls at my gym makes it easier for me to place my sets, though hitting requires a bit more precision on the player's part. This is a player's ball, and if you got game, you'll probably enjoy it. If you're a beginner or complain when your forearms get red, then stick to your open gym's stock marshmallows.

Great unit... the only problem is that it puts out so many lumens of HD TV power that it vaporized my cat. All I have left to remember Mister Tiggums is a Hiroshima-like flash-shadow on the far wall of my apartment. Judging by the shadow, he was licking himself when he was nuked by 85 inches of Samsung awesomeness. All I can say is that he went out a happy cat!

This was a great read. It successfully continued book 1, and dwelved more into Gabriel's upbringing, highlighting the more human & vunerable side of Grabiel's father Ivan. I loved finding out that Ivan's weakness was Gabriel himself. He was so wicked, it was good to learn that he did indeed have a heart - even a small one. It was unfortunate the downward slide Briggy took a ride on, however gabe's new woman Valeria was a better fit. She was so strong, and such a fighter that it brought out Gabriel's strength and alpha side. It was a great read successfully incorporating bits and pieces of Dmitry, Anatoly and Vasily lives. Can't wait to read upcoming books on the Medlov's & honorary Medlov (Vasily) lives. I definitely recommend this series along with other books by this talented author.👍🏾👍🏾

If you use correctly this stuff is a miracle worker. Get the preclense pills as well and take for 1 every 5 hours (6 pills takes a day and a half) and drink as much water as possible also best to only eat fruit veggies and fiber while doing so. Then three hours before a UA chug the drink. 15 minutes later fill bottle with water and chug. Piss 3-4 times before UA and you should be as good as gold. I just passed a UA for probation in 48 hours and I'm a heavy smoker 4/5 times a day and also 6'4 250lbs male in good but not great shape. 100% recomended

Awesome tablet at a great price! Bought this tablet as a replacement for my Nexus 7 2013. I already knew the ASUS product brand and liked the build quality of the Nexus 7 2013 so I went ahead and purchased this unique fun tablet on a 10 inch screen. The ZenPad runs everything smoothly and the Zen UI is snappy, colorful and doesn't appear slow in the slightest. This tablet runs the games that I like with no lag or stuttering (Hearthstone, Final Fantasy Mobius etc.) There are so many things you can customize on the look and feel of this tabet (font, icon packs, layout customization) you can truly make it look and feel like your own personal style style. There are only two cons for me with the first being no flex storage and the second being the video resolution. The resolution is perfect for browsing and reading and it looks crisp and clear, but for YouTube and NetFlix you can start to see where the resolution doesn't allow for perfect videos. To be fair, this tablet is at a low price point and you really get a high end feel at a low end price. The video isn't terrible, just could be better. It's a bang for your buck and I highly recommend this tablet. I'm very happy with it, way to go ASUS!
