    I can not sing the praises of this book enough! I had been diagnosed years ago with PCOS, and had suffered with infertiliy for years, but I was led to believe that my being overweight was causing the PCOS. Through this book, I discovered that insulin resistance was causing the PCOS and the weight gain. I have been following this plan for almost 6 weeks, and as of this morning I have lost 20 pounds.
