The crossbars arrived in a timely fashion. Directions were clear and they look great on my new car. Used them twice and no problems!

Based on a question answered by "Hub bub" I bought this unit to use as a slide warmer. He had said that you could set it so low that you could hold your hand on it. What he left out was that in less than a minute, your hand would have second degree burns on it! More and more, I trust the answers to questions posed on Amazon, less and less. This unit does a great job at heating up in less than a minute. If "Warm" is hot enough to burn you, then the higher heat settings should be fine to cook on. As it stands, I now turn the unit to "Warm" for a minute, turn it off for fifteen minutes, and it's still too hot to use for evaporating slides without harming delicate tissues. The iron top obviously holds heat exceptionally well. I will experiment around with different tops, to put on the heating platform, to damp down the temperature to where I need it. I'll update, when I get it to where I want it. FWIW, slide warmers are very expensive and not worth the price: They're simply damped-down hot plates. Now I need to find my damper for this unit. UPDATE: 4/26/15: I now turn the unit on for ten seconds, wait for five minutes, take its temperature, and use it as a slide warmer for the next fifteen minutes. I'm happy.

I absolutly love this musical. I saw it on Broadway, saw it at the Papermill Play House in Milburn, NJ, saw the movie, purchased the DVD, purchased the LP and to this day, I never grew tired of listening to this wonderfully and is, in my opinion, terrific contempoary and brilliantly scoreed rock musical. I really can't believe that it took me so long to purchase the CD version. Well better late than never. If you love musicals then you will love this CD. If your aren't interested in the theology of the story and if you enjoy theology then you will love this music especially for the portrayal of Judas. If you have heard it then you will enjoy hearing it again and again. If you haven't heard it then what are you waiting for? Anyway you look at it, you will enjoy listening to this, in my opinion, contemporary musical classic, Jesus Christ Superstar

I expected this to work a little better then it did. My daughter has thick hair and even after putting chi and going through it more than a few times her hair was very puffy and frizzed. I think she needs something that has more heat.

This has saved our family. There's been many times where there's been an outbreak of lice at school and summer camp, and my kids have thankfully come home with nothing in their hair. We use it every single day. A spray on the head before we leave the house everyday!
