Not a bad collection this year, but still questionable to call these the best stories. However, the variety of sources makes it worth reading and Egan's intro is interesting.

You HAVE to have a manual to refer to the many many many functions that QuickBooks provides. So....you order one. That's what teachers are used to....books!
