I had a outer box case on my phone just to big so I did some research and I came across this so glad I did its smaller then the outer box the side volume and power button works if it don't I will submit under warranty it have a lifetime warranty I am happy I got this case can't wrong with it.....buy it

I called the number and got put on hold for ten minutes. So I hung up and used a different phone so I could have the speaker phone feature. I got put on hold for 30 minutes. Somebody came on the line and said I would need to be transferred. Got put on hold for ten minutes and then disconnected. I called back and told someone what happened. He apparently did not like my tone of voice so he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I got a voice mail that apparently was a receptionist since she said she got the voice mail and was returning my call. She said someone else would call back. In the meantime I called back and finally got to talk to "Sam". He was knowledgable and helpful. An hour later someone else called back. Also helpful.
