purchased this set to prepare to sit for the CPA exam. Have not yet started the review, so cannot comment on the content. Fast shipping, well packed, best value for the money and I shopped around a lot before purchasing.

The Neat Desk is a great product. However, two weeks ago our scanner stopped working (after only have it 2 months). We have emailed support 4 times with only automated responses. I personally had spoken to our sales rep in person (Alexander in DFW airport) and asked him to call my husband and he didn't do it. The support phone number leads you to the website and we tried everything there. I left a message on the sales line and no one called. Alexander said everyone was out in San Francisco at a meeting (I guess they were gone for two weeks). We then asked why he didn't responsd to our emails we sent him, he said they changed his email password. This is a tech company with no support. Look out before you buy! They are non responsive. We have a Neat Desk that doesn't work and there are no live bodies to speak with to help you fix it.
