Wow--I wish I could get back the six hours I spent reading this book. What a total waste. We kind of action, Placa, intrigue, and romance. No redeeming qualities. Disappointed in myself that I stayed with her till the end. Don't waste your time.

This is a groovy little book. I work in NYC and often wondered what all those spray painted markings on the street like urban hieroglyphics meant - Now thanks to this book, I have some idea. This book makes the internet, its related technology and the networks it uses more grounded in reality by showing and talking about the physical aspects that link the two. Part history, part tech lesson and easily accessible and entertaining.

This was great! Sophie is such a strong character even if she's paranoid. She had every right to be. I love Mark Edwards, he is a amazing author. I've read all his books and they never disappoint.
