The first time I saw a menstrual cup at my local drugstore, I recoiled in disgust. Seriously, your menstrual blood just collects in there? And you REUSE it?! But really, ladies, give them a shot. It will completely change your attitude toward your period. I recently tried both the disposable SoftCup and the Diva Cup, and here is why I will now never use anything but the Diva Cup:

I have only been using the regime for about a month and am quite happy with the results so far. I had been using a different bp beforehand, so I started using the aha gel already. My complexion is the most clear and smooth than it has ever been, except for some random large, under the skin lesions. But I haven't been using the bp in the mornings and that could be why I'm still having some breakouts.

First off I'd like to mention that I bought this book since the last 2 years I've totally changed my diet & way I look at prescription & OTC medications. With that said I'm also an RN & have worked in the areas of surgical, medical, pre-admit surgery, & the operating room. As an RN I highly believe this book has truth to every page in it. Most of the things that the author mentions I'm sure you've heard of at one time or another, BUT having some of the top medical concerns in one book with alternative natural cures is what America really needs. I've given hundreds, if not thousands of medications in my nursing career & have seen most of the effects only work in emergency medicine like the author states. Many may not like the in your face dialogue, but personally I think it's needed in our obese America (including our children).
