I love this game. I find it to be more engaging than the original Your Shape, more fun than Biggest Loser and overall better than EA Sports Active 2. That said, there is no real "program" to follow, so I find myself doing a lot of fun things like playing "wall breaker", occasionally doing the boot camp workouts and occasionally doing the kickboxing or other cardio workouts. The workouts are very varied; the tracking is pretty good, and the workout is very very intense if you set your fitness level at the highest level (don't do this unless you are indeed very fit, otherwise it'll probably kill you).

I took this product along with another supplement that contained hoodia, green tea and chromium. Between the two, that covered appetite suppression, glucose levels, energy and stress. This product is fantastic and I lost 17 lbs. in about 2 months with a slightly stricter diet (still had creamer & real sugar in my coffee but not too many carbs and barely any fat) and only exercised 2 times a week.

I get these on subscription and they are lifesavers. I have 2 little granddaughters that live with me and if I had to wash plates every time they ate, I'd be chained to the sink or the dishwasher would be running full time. The plates are sturdy and don't soak up liquids.
