After taking the 2 pills twice daily to start, I did have a noticeable improvement in my knees. It didn't cure a sprain any faster, but has eased the soreness in my knee joints. I've also noticed an improvement in my shoulders which used to ache at night.

Activation process is miserable!!!!! Must create MS account. Must agree to survey and spam e-mails. (can't opt out... you can only unsubscribe later) Is especially miserable if you have a need to install on more than one workstation. It will not tell you which device each license is assigned to. Have to go through many screens to find license key number and keep track of manually. Then tries to force you to use cloud services. I am honestly not sure they could make the the installation much harder for a 10-15 user network if they tried. Have been installing new 2013 product for months and it does not get any better after you learn new process. Often have to call activation in and register over phone. Extremely time consuming to install!!!! Rebuild process is just as bad!!!

This mandolin replaced half a dozen slicers and other accessories in our kitchen. Super sharp, it can quickly reduce anything into thin slivers. We've used it for all our garden produce - tomatoes, squash, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, etc. Changing the thickness takes just a twist of the gear underneath; the large circular apparatus on top is placed on top of whatever you're slicing to hold it in place (and save your fingers). The price is a little high, but we've found it well worth it.

Anything from field notes is great. I love this planner because it is simple. You write in the dates and make it work for you. If you are a plannre snob this is not for you. If you want to track your daily agenda quick and easy nothing could be better.

This product definitely works. When u first use it it definitely stings but after a couple of uses doesn't sting at all as hair is less. Do not flash the light on the same place twice thinking that it will kill hairs faster, I did this and burned myself ..ouch.
