I purchased this as a gift for my brilliant sister (PhD Physicist, researcher at CERN, etc..) upon the birth of her little boy. She is very pleased with it. The stroller is lightweight and durable, and allows her to position her newborn so that he is comfortable and safe as they travel about town. If an exceptionally analytic scientist is pleased with this stroller, I expect you will be too !

The item was missing One of the magnets for blade removal. One of the blades had a couple of chips in it. I didn't notice until I ran material through it. By the time I used it it was too late to return.

Outlook 2010 is terrible. They have successfully turned a functional Outlook 2003 into a UN-logical nonfunctional product called Outlook 2010. Try and add a category to your current category list. Try and search for a function on their stupid ribbon, you end up with more time on Google looking up how to do it. What a useless piece of software.

Download version DID work for me. I had a current version of Norton Internet Security 2013 on my system that had expired. Thought I should share this, considering the problems that others have reported having. Hopefully Amazon will reinstate the download option. Good luck.
