I'm a all natural bodybuilder. Been lifting over 25 years now. Have been looking for a good supplement to take during my creatine off cycle. The search is finally over. This M Stak is just straight up vicious! Can take about a week to really kick in, but once it does its unbelievable! The energy is through the roof! and not in a jittery caffeine kind of way just sustained energy through and through the workout, and for me it lasted practically all day. I've actually had to do multiple burnout sets because I never seem to get tired. needless to say I am very happy with this product.

I was VERY skeptical of these when I ordered my first box a few months back. BUT, now I'm a believer in them. They are sort of like Ben Gay on duct tape, but it's a blend of camphor, menthol, and methyl salicylate that lasts for several hours. I get the smaller patches so I can customize where I want the pain relief. I have degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease, fibromyalgia, a partially torn ACL that has had to heal on its own due to other medical problems… these patches work well enough to keep buying them. I won't ever be pain free, but these do help.

It's nice and sturdy, but will NOT slide all the way up on my cup {RTIC}. The picture shows it above the RTIC logo on the cup. On mine, it covers it up, sitting at least an inch lower, therefore, will NOT fit into my van's cup holder.
