I followed this to the letter and had 10 pounds off. I have found that I have no cravings for any junk food. I go out for dinner, I get chicken or fish prepared with olive oil, I ask for extra veggies on fresh salads in lieu of croutons or bacon; everywhere has been accommodating! I thank my good friends everyday who told me about the program. I am sleeping better, I feel better, I have more energy! Its been great. I plan on following the guidelilnes from Standard Process!

I purchased Biotene PBF at our local pharmacy, and after a few days my gums became irritated. I read more about the product on the company's web site, and discovered that they have changed most of their products to a more neutral pH (6-7) and have removed enzymes. However the PBF product still has several enzymes, and is formulated at a low pH (5-5.5). After reading more about dental products, I discovered that the low pH (5-5.5) of this product is not beneficial for tooth health, and can weaken tooth enamel. I suspect that this product will be reformulated soon... in the meantime the Biotene (non-PBF) oral rinse would be a safer alternative with moisturizers, and a pH 6.5 (and no enzymes).

I have been using Quicken Home and Office since 2008 when I started a consulting business. I really liked this product, as it really helped me organize my business financials, track clients, generate invoices, track payments, etc. etc. When I started getting notices that my 2010 version would no longer be supported, and I was in the process of purchasing my first rental property, I decided to upgrade to RPM 2013 so I could track both my consulting and rental businesses from one place. I was very disappointed at the seemingly lack of any out-of-the-box support for rental property management like I had gotten when I first set up H&O 5 years ago. I was really hoping to get some kick-start guidance like I got back then. I'm still working through stuff, so maybe I will find it useful eventually, but right now it is more of an impediment than an asset. At least I can easily tag expenses to a particular property, and create categories that map to a Schedule E tax item, but it would have been nice to have some of this pre-configured and a little more intuitive (like setting up tenant accounts similar to the business customers).

The product was perfect as described. Im 6'5 and it is barely tall enough on the highest setting. It took over 2 weeks to make it to my house.

Don't waste your money folks. There's nothing special about this stuff. all it is, is Benydryl (Diphenhydramine). That's it. You can get a generic version of this stuff for about half the price you would pay for this brand name rip off, and get the same results.
