I've taken it on a few extended camping trips, and It can charge AA and AAA batteries without a problem. Generally took around 4-6 hours in direct sunlight to charge the battery pack. I could charge my kindle Fire HD through the guide 10 plus pack, but the Nomad 7 alone does not seem to kick out enough juice to charge it directly. I would recommend charging a phone the same way. To get the most use out of it, I would recommend bringing extra AA batteries and charging them during sunny days. Then use the battery pack to recharge your devices. I was able to keep my kindle, Steripen, flashlight,GPS and camera up and running for over 6 days of heavy use.

I purchased this for my girlfriend a few week ago. So far she has been using it regularly as directed and has noticed some increased firmness. We're curious to see how significant the increase will be.

It did absolutely nothing to reduce humidity in my small closet size meter room. Maybe the one I received was used or sucked up a lot of moisture during shipment. It only has a weak plastic cover that doesn't seem to seal the tub well from moisture until ready to be used.

After the first very small fall the half of the break broke and the brake wires are relay hard to keep tight. Other than those two problem the bike works well. I have widen it through the city with a child and it's has held up.

I bought a jar of this six months ago. Paid $34. I thought that was a lot. Now it's selling for $48?!?! It did help soothe various minor skin issues within the family, but I'm not paying fifty bucks for it!
