  • Brandon - If you have never played guitar read this review

Please read this review if you're like me and are getting suckered by all the 5 star reviews. If you're looking to use this as a real tool to learn to play guitar WITHOUT HAVING EVER PLAYED BEFORE, you will be sorely disappointed. I've never played before and thought this was my ticket. This game is an awful teaching tool. It will do nothing but frustrate and turn you away from wanting to learn. That's what it's doing to me. Use YouTube videos or pay for real lessons instead. It will be worth it in the long run. Unless you're content with learning to play 5% of the notes of any given song on this game then by all means buy this game and have a blast. When trying to learn these songs there's no way to look at the screen and find where I need to be on the fret and then strum the correct strings. You're doing 3 things all at the same time and I can barely keep up with looking at the screen, and thus I don't know which note to play next. Most of the 4 and 5 star reviews of this game are from people who have at least some experience and can enjoy learning to play new songs. This game does nothing to teach me anything. Considering returning it. I will say it's well constructed with features that appear to be teaching tools, but it's most definitely not for a true beginner who is looking to actually learn how to play guitar and play well.

  • Eddie - ... Sceptre 19" LCD TV and it's still holding up wonderfully for a few months

I'm using this to hang a Sceptre 19" LCD TV and it's still holding up wonderfully for a few months. My TV is about 5 lbs and I'm mounting it on my kitchen ceramic wall. I think the type of wall and the weight of the object is a big factor in deciding to use this command strip over nailing. I didn't want to damage my ceramic wall with nails so I decided on this solution and it works!

  • Gallupgirl - Let me start by saying that I hate DVD workouts and I hate going to a gym ...

Let me start by saying that I hate DVD workouts and I hate going to a gym or working out anywhere else. OK, I hate working out. I had to do something to lose weight and stave off diabetes and other ugly consequences of being too heavy. I have been faithful to Shaun T and am just finishing the Beta cycle. I have mostly modified, sometimes even modifying the modifier. I have lost inches and pounds much to my delight. I love the fact that I can do this in 25 minutes every day. I don't have to go anywhere and can carry it anywhere. My husband was horrified that I carried it all the way to Tahiti and worked out every single day. I have now purchased the Gamma cycle as well as the Core Speed disc. I recommend it highly. I am 57 years old with knee and ankle issues. I go slowly and work steadily. Over time, I have gotten stronger and can do more. Don't expect to be as good as the folks in the video. Just be committed to yourself and keep on trying.

  • Kristopher W. Bailey - I prefer the classic version. The instructions are vague ...

I prefer the classic version. The instructions are vague and confusing for many and I spent much time online trying to understand the new rules with fire and ice. With this version, you are forced to make up your own rules on many points (e.g. can fire be put on top of ice). You always have the feeling that you're not playing it as it's supposed to be played. Fire and ice were supposed to be exciting new additions, but really only lead to confusion.

  • Unwavering resolve to do what must be done - Unwavering resolve to do what must be done

Unwavering resolve to do what must be done! Ah -- a characteristic of the Level 5 (Good to Great) leader, described in this well researched book that shows the reader what it takes to take a good company to greatness. Personal humility fortified with professional will gives Good to Great leaders the edge on their ego-driven counterparts. Collins makes many marvellous points, the first being that the RIGHT people are your most important asset. By rising above unrealistic optimism, confronting brutal facts and asking questions that lead to the greatest insights (optimal thinking), the leader moves his company to greatness. Good to Great leaders focus on the few things that have the greatest impact (optimal thinking). Collins won me when he said "One of the primary ways to de-motivate people is to ignore the brutal facts of reality." Good to Great leaders create a culture where the truth is heard, and where negative thinking is not degraded or scorned (optimal thinking). This book is a must read!

  • DanC - Very good book with a strong female lead character

I enjoyed this book and was pleased with a strong female lead. I enjoyed she was vulnerable at the start and grew over time. The plot was solid, the character development moved along nicely. I look forward to the next chapter in this story.

  • Mariana Gorrin - NASAL ASPIRATOR

This product is amazing. Very simple and easy to use. You hook one end to your vacuum clear hose (any size) and literally "vacuum" your baby's nose with the other end. It saved me lots of trips to the doctor because it prevents ear infections in babies. I highly recommend this product.
