I had to call to get access to a removal tool, can't download 2013 over the top of 2012.Going to the add/remove programs I was told that I needed a password [which I never set up] to remove. After all that Kapersky 2013 works fine.

So I've had issues with BV and Yeast on and off for a couple of years. It wasn't until my last visit to my gyn that she recommended this product. At first I wasn't too keen on taking a pill daily on top of the vitamins I already have to remember to take but I couldn't be happier. No more discharge or weird odors associated with BV. I feel clean all day and this stuff really keeps me balanced! Couldn't recommend a better product for feminine hygiene and overall health.

Download process was fast and easy, and activated right away. But before I could Install it I had to uninstall previous Norton versions I had (2011), and uninstall other anti virus programs but only had one more day left on my subscription, so didn't matter to me. Overall I loved it and beats buying retail for 40 dollars.
