At first I could not get the program to download. I had to call and get a tech to help. Then about a couple of days after installing it, my computer was so slow that I called a tech with UPCLICK which is recommended by Norton and Microsoft. They downloaded a program which was supposed to be better that McAfee, but I can't tell any difference. My computer is so slow and it is not working properly. Also, the UPCLICK tech told me that my computer was about to crash as someone was "hacking in" to it and using it when I was offline. He said that the McAfee program that I had did not have "firewall" protection, but I thought that because the program was advertised as Total, it included everything. Thank you.

this book is softcover, it was delivered promptly and helped me pass my CSL exam here in massachusetts.

Do not buy this product. Buy a real pottery wheel for the same price. Seriously this is just junk. My 10 year old daughter really wanted this product after seeing the commercials and her grandparents bought it off Amazon for her. The pre-measured clay is a nice touch but the C battery powered motor isn't strong enough to really make much of anything. She ended up making most of the projects by hand shaping the clay. It really is disappointing.

This product is the scam of the century if not the millennia. It does NOT work. I tried it for 30 days. The person whom signed me up promised I would see results in 30 days. After the 30 days were up she then said I needed to give it 90 days to see results. I was not going to spend an additional $450.00 (the first 30 day trial costs $150.00 USD), to find out what I already knew from viewing photos of actual people whom were using the product. It does NOT work. The before and after photos that Nerium and all of their distributors use on their websites are fraudulent, they are not real, they are pictures which have been digitally enhanced. If you go on any of the Nerium distributors websites or Nerium convention photos, you will see tons and tons of people who have horrible, old looking, sagging, skin with brown spots, wrinkles, and turkey necks. To make matters worse, have you noticed that most of the Nerium users have inflamed and irritated looking eyes!! So you have to ask yourself the question -- if they are using their own product why don't they look as good as their before and after photos look on the various Nerium advertising websites? The answer is very clear - because the product does not work, it's a scam, it's a quack. Your flushing your money down the drain or you are funding a new Lexus automobile for a Nerium distributor. For $450.00 buy yourself an in home laser wand or go to a spa or dermatologist's office to get laser skin resurfacing. Or just get some good AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) cream to speed up sloughing of dead skins cells and brown spots. You will see real and actual results. You will never see any results by using Nerium. The only result you will see is that your credit card is being charged once a month for about $170.00 (with shipping) for a product that does NOT work!! This is the NERIUM DELIRIUM! Don't drink the cool aid kids.

I've used this product for a number of years with much success. I have naturally curly, unruly hair. Easy Straight causes my hair to become supple, shiny and manageable. It lasts approximately three months; the length of time it takes for new hair growth to come it. I still have to blow dry and style my hair. No product magically straightens hair like the whisk of a magic wand. You are still personally responsible for smoothing out your hair style. A warning. Home hair straightening products are not for the inexperienced. You have to follow instructions precisely as written; otherwise, you can fry your hair. I honestly trust Easy Straight over others I have tried over the years; and I thank the salon professional who invented it.

Excellent book. A necessary addition to any supervisor's library. It puts very difficult concepts into simple, legally defensible language for appraisal as well as negative performance reviews. I bought this on paper to put in my office shelf as well as on kindle so I have it with me wherever I go!
