  • Amazon Customer - another botched install

    The product itself is fine. But MS has again caused headaches for end users trying to install this product. I am a professional network administrator and had three days of headaches getting this product installed on a network work station.

    I have a leak on the top of my steering rack gearbox. I used this product as recommended but it simply did not do anything. It was a waste of time, however they did honor their money back guarantee so that earns 2 stars. Perhaps my leak is just too big. It may still be with a shot for some people, but keep the bottle and receipt in case it doesn't work.

    Okay, so you can get adequate phone service from Magic Jack Plus if you can avoid being billed multiple times (I had five orders billed to my account for one unit). Attempting to get customer service was totally frustrating. Each time, my chat was routed to a second tier customer service rep who would promise me repeatedly that the problem would get fixed. Each time I was promised that I would receive an email. A month later, I'm still trying to get it fixed after five "live chats" (there is no such thing as talking to a person at Magic Jack). Lots of promises and no delivery.

    I have two of these carseats. One is installed rear facing for my 10mo old and the other forward facing for my three year old. The only problem I have encountered is that if I put the rear facing behind the passenger seat I absolutely cannot see my blind spot on the right side of the car. I switched so the rear facing is behind the driver and I can see just fine.

    PCMatic has cleaned up and speeded up my computer. Only thing I don't like they continue to try and sell you additiona software --- plus they identify problems like "Drivers" and then try to sell you additional software to solve that problem.

    These things are the BEST! But, if you're going to buy Weathertech, only buy the best product. We got the non-laser cut product for my wife's car and the fit and quality are not nearly as good.
