I just purchased MS Office 365 via Amazon download, installed the software and attempted to authenticate. When I entered the product key I got a message that the key was invalid. I called Microsoft and after working through a telephone tree and being transferred a couple of times experienced the "pleasure" of being told that I would have to call Amazon to get a valid key. I explained that I didn't have a telephone number for Amazon, so the contact gave me one. I called that number and got a recording that the number no longer worked, but that I could go online to amazon.com/contacts and receive service there. After going through a number of worthless screens, I opened the "contact us" link, explained my issue, was transferred a couple of times and then had the frustrating experience of speaking with Mary in Amazon Game and Software who was very insistent that I needed to call Microsoft and get a case number in order for them to do anything. I tried explaining to Mary that Microsoft had specifically told me that only Amazon could issue a valid product key since the product had been purchased from them. Mary adamantly refused to listen to reason, nor would she let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. Ultimately I got a more direct number to Microsoft from Mary, worked my way through a telephone tree and spoke with a helpful gentleman at Microsoft who explained that the product key Amazon had given me in my order was unnecessary and that all I needed was to sign in on my Microsoft account. The first few initial attempts resulted in messages that the MS server wasn't working, but I ultimately was able to sign in an make my software work. I've been a Microsoft office user for many years. I appreciate the features of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have also been a VERY faithful Amazon customer and have maintained a Prime membership since they first became available. Amazon has always given me good service and on the few occasions in which I have had problems have resolved the issues very effectively. I deeply hope that Mary is not the wave of future Amazon service because if she is I will shop elsewhere.

I absolutely love the UAG case for my Iphone 6s+. It is that perfect balance between style and protection. It is in that happy medium between a minimal case and an otterbox for example. This case is the perfect thickness, and has a great feel in the hand. I have dropped my phone in the hand. I always feel confident that my phone won't break after a drop. This, combined with a full coverage screen protector would be like an absolute tank. I love this case and would definitely buy again. I recommend this to anyone looking for that perfect case. I go between this case, an Otterbox Defender, and a Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro, . By Far this is my favorite case!

Okay so the description says lotion, and it was also stated on one of the comments it was body lotion. This was a bit confusing at first, but on the actual product it says Skin revitalizing strawberry scrub with walnut grains. The directions say to apply all over the face and neck, gently massage in circular movement. Wash off with cold water and pat dry. So that is what the product says!! But I tried this product both ways. As a lotion only putting a little bit in the palm of my hand and then massaging into the hands, until it all absorbed. Which it did very well. Immediately my hands felt soft, and the product was not greasy at all. There was no need to rinse as it all absorbed into the skin. Now as a scrub for my face and neck, I like to do that in the shower. Only massaging the product onto my face and neck areas. You can feel the fine walnut powder while massaging the areas, then I rinsed as product said to do. It felt really good and my face and neck felt soft plus exfoliated. I prefer to do this towards the end of the shower because then the water I felt just didn't help preserve the product on my skin it was just getting washed away. I also did try it all over my body, but not good to do while the shower water is running. Maybe turn it off apply, massage really good all over, then turn the water back on when your ready to rinse. Otherwise, it was hard to keep the product on the body while the water was running. But my preference is to use this as a hand lotion, and as a face scrub, of course rinsing from face though. As a hand lotion as long as you only put a small amount it will all get absorbed, if you get to much then it doesn't work so well.

This is nice shaving cream. It is much better than anything I have used out of a can. This leaves your face feeling good after a shave. My wife uses the lavender and I use the Sandalwood. Both are great scents! We really like this product.
