  • Frank - Switch Keeps Breaking

After only having my Fenix PD32UE for a few months, the switch started to malfunction. I had to hold the button down constantly in order for the light to stay on. A friend told me later that I needed to unscrew the switch and tighten the circular metal plate that's in there with a pair of needle-nose pliers. He also recommended that I clean the contact point with rubbing alcohol. This fixed the problem. It's now eight months later and my flashlight is no longer turning on at all. I tried tightening the circular plate AND cleaning the contact points again with rubbing alcohol, but this time around it did not work. I now have a useless flashlight that won't turn on at all. This problem should NOT keep repeating itself like it has for me. I do use my flashlight a lot to go caving and hiking, so it gets a fair amount of abuse. Perhaps that is what causes the switch to malfunction. If you aren't as active as me, then this might not be a concern for you.

  • D. Uy - Acronis 2016 - No longer able to sync local folders (feature discontinued)

True Image by Acronis is a good cloud back-up solution. But now, with the new 2016 version, that is all it is. Acronis urged me to update to 2016 to be Windows 10 compatible. Unfortunately, the feature that allowed you to sync local folders to local folders (i.e. from your hard drive to an external drive) was not carried over from True Image 2014 to the 2016 version. I spent hours (literally hours) with their tech support to fix this feature ... only to discover that it was no longer a feature. Hats off to their tech support ... uniformed but wholly dedicated to finding a solution. I guess Cloud is the future ... but there are scenarios where a local backup is still useful.

  • Laura - Wow ... should have read the reviews first

Now I am actually pissed off at their product support. I have no problems with this product at home, but when skiing the camera has locked up (aka froze) multiple times while taking video and the only solution was to remove and replace the battery. I spent weeks with their customer service going through steps of manually updating the firmware, reformatting the memory card, running battery tests, and finally they sent me a new housing claiming "it must be the housing" because "we have never seen any freeze issues". Nothing solved the problem. Just yesterday I finally convinced them to send me a new camera. Crossing my fingers I get a "good one". Don't let them give you the run around if you have a "bad one".

  • Alexandria - Don't fall prey to ignorant reviews.

I've only been taking it a little while and I didn't look at the reviews before I bought it. And I'm glad I didn't. Immediately after taking I noticed more energy than normal and less of an appetite. If anyone thinks one pill is going to make them "melt" fat off you're completely ignorant and probably lazy as well because you don't want to diet and exercise. And if you're doing all of these things and still not losing weight and you've seen a nutritionist and personal trainer, I suggest you see a doctor just in case you have a thyroid issue. This has green tea extract in it which is supposed to suppress your appetite. And the probiotics are just supposed to aid in digestion. If you eat a lot of yogurt and other things containing live cultures this won't change anything pertaining to digestion.

  • shay - horrible product!! don't buy!!

This is by far the worst I have ever had!!! The screen freezes, can't close out of browsers instead it opens more browsers, netflix freezes, while trying to type in the search browser it closes out before you finish, have to tap screen several times for any app...just frustrating!! Guess that's what happens when you buy a non-name brand. It's better to spend the extra $$ on a better product. Don't buy this!!!!

  • i love to shop - This is great stuff, 4 real!

My hair was over processed badly. It was dyed semi perm 5 times in 2 weeks, dyed black, then bleached, colored twice at the salon, then used color opps then redied it myself, the color came out great too. But i noticed a lot of breaking obviously i had over processed hair, and by the way this was all done in a 1 month period. So my hair just started breaking like crazy 2 weeks ago. I went shopping 4 all kinds of crap, because they dont work. I read reviews on this and watched youtube videos, and today i just used it. OMG my hair is so much better. I parted my hair into 4 then added the stuff on towel dried washed hair. I sat under my dryer for 40 minutes then soaked my head under running sink water until the clips i secured my hair with could come out. After that, i used the balancing moisturizer, this helped a lot. My hair felt so damn great and seriously only about 14 hairs came out, short ones too not long ones or like 50-60 like before. I will use this product for the rest of my life. I love it and i wont waste my money on other crap out there. oh I am mixed and i have curly soft hair, im black and indian, so i dont do perms or relaxers, but the bleach had ruined my hair, no more though. I f u have damaged hair then try this product out, it works wonders. Believe me !! good luck and watch youtube videos on it first!lol
