I followed the program to a T and even workout for extra time and i only lost 4 pounds. Not worth the money at all. My friend who is a registered FNP told me i wouldv'e been better off just taking a one a day, fish oils and B12. Will never purchase again.

Great for when you don't want to think or plan, it's like a liquid vitamin you're getting them in steady. Also reminds you to drink water. If you do it "as directed" you're on a 800 total liquid calorie diet for two days (so 400 a day). Good for a Jumpstart but wouldn't be long term results obviously. We preferred to use it a replacement drinks for on the go. Does contain heavy (natural) sugars though.

I had spine surgery about 2 years ago and since then i have waisted almost away so someone suggested that i try the myo build to get myself back together. i work out every day to keep my aching painful bones moving,if im not moving im in pain. I couldn't believe the effect of the myobuild , when i woke up after using it the day before during workout, i had totally less cramping and pain I am surprised because ,i kind of pushed it a little harder during workout(i feel like i could press 100 pounds,lol)from the first time i took it.I cant wait to build my muscle and gain some more weight and maybe feel my age again. I have been taking for over a week and I feel pretty darn good,I have put on 5 pounds this week with the help of other muscletech products and MyoBuild, another awesome thing is you can stack most Muscletech products. You have to try it. I didn't have a problem mixing it. pretty good flavor and im really picky with powders and stuff, so thats a huge plus.

I really like this product as it does exactly what it says it does. No smell, not greasy and doesn't burn and if you don't like it just send it back even if you finish the whole jar you will get your money back. I am on my 3rd jar.

A friend of mine made me try her Wen conditioning cleanser and told me it was the best thing she ever used on her hair. Of course I loved it, but not the price. I refuse to spend that much money on a hair shampoo/conditioner. I researched and found Hair One was a similar product for half the money. I would definitely say it is comparable to Wen but not quite as good. I'm fine with that because of the price. Hair One is not as thick as Wen and doesn't smell quite as good, but it does provide my hair with similar shine and smoothness. I did have less static and fly aways with Wen, but for the price difference it will do. I am sold on this stuff. I returned most of my other shampoos and conditioners and will ocasionally use Neutrogena build up remover shampoo to clear out any residue buildup. I tried one of my regular shampoos one day to see if there was a difference, and YES, there was. Hair One definitely is better on my hair. I have also noticed that my hair is much easier to flat iron causing less breakage which is great! The best part for me, is when you finish towel drying your hair, your scalp has a tingly CLEAN feel to it. There is not much fragrance to this shampoo, but again, not a big deal for me anyway. I used this Jojoba version as I color my hair. I think my hair color is actually staying brighter since using Hair One. A great product for the price and it's nice to only have to do one step instead of two.
